Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registry Coordinator to lead the development of Clinical Quality Registry management policies, governance, procedures, and standards.

  • Co-design registry requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain data registries, user guides, and data dictionaries.
  • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across the organization.
  • Provide education and training to clinicians and administrators on clinical services and staff.
  • Sustain expertise in supporting innovations and research in healthcare.
About the Role

This role will collaborate closely with ACI networks, the Ministry of Health, Local Health Districts (LHDs), Specialty Health Networks (SHNs), hospitals, and clinicians to co-design registry requirements, develop and maintain data registries, user guides, and data dictionaries, and support data governance, security, and compliance.
