Job Title: Clinical Information Professional
About the Role

This is a full-time employment opportunity in the Information Management team at NSW Health. You will be part of a dynamic team that enriches health services.

You will provide expert advice to data analysts on clinical information reporting requirements including coding, classification, and casemix matters.

Key responsibilities include developing strategies to improve the quality of clinical information across all data collections and being involved with statewide computer-assisted coding initiatives.


About You

We are seeking motivated individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:

  • A thorough knowledge and experience of working with ICD-10-AM
  • Providing leadership in clinical classification and representing NSW Health on local committees
  • The ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert advice to data analysts on clinical information reporting requirements
