National Parts Interpreter Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Parts Interpreter to join our team in Lismore.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately interpreting Genuine Parts for both internal and external customers. This involves providing expert advice and guidance to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting Genuine Parts information for customers
  • Liaising with customers to resolve any queries or issues
  • Working closely with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer service

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in parts interpretation and customer service
  • A current manual driver's license
  • Pentana experience in inventory control is preferred, but not essential
  • Previous supervisory experience and team leadership is also preferred, but not essential
