Warehouse Specialist

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic DC team as a Warehouse Storeperson Forklift Driver.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, from receiving and processing incoming items to maintaining accurate stock records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Transfer products to the correct storage areas in accordance with established procedures.
  • Pick stock for picking lanes based on guidelines.
  • Conduct cycle counts to maintain up-to-date stock records.
  • Undertake additional tasks such as receiving, returns, dispatch as assigned by Supervisors or Managers.
  • Develop positive connections with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Emphasize teamwork to achieve shared targets and maintain efficient operations.
  • Continuously improve procedures for optimal efficiency in all tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, reporting any incidents or hazards to the DC Manager promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A valid LF license is essential; an LO license is highly desirable.
  • Previous warehouse experience, particularly in appliances, furniture, or bulky items.
  • Skill in safe manual handling and commitment to team safety.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and maintain high standards.
  • A positive attitude, effective communication skills, and willingness to assist others.
