Warehouse Operations Leader

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing and motivating teams, as well as experience in implementing efficient processes and systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a team of warehouse staff to achieve high performance standards
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock control
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in managing warehouse operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes
  • Experience in implementing process improvements and system changes
