At our transportation company, we offer a wide range of heavy commercial truck and trailer hire and lease services. Our fleet consists of over 2,300 vehicles spread across 7 branches in Australia.

The role of an Equipment Services Coordinator is critical to the operational team, working Monday to Friday, between 7 am and 5 pm. This position will be vital in ensuring that our equipment is well-maintained and presented at a high standard.

This includes:

  • Washing and detailing vehicles to ensure they look their best and are ready for hire.
  • Completing light maintenance and repair reports.
  • Driving trucks or tugs, including moving vehicles around the yard, and transporting hire equipment between customer and supplier sites, or between branches.
  • Greeting customers when they arrive to pick up or drop off vehicles, ensuring they feel valued.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive proactive attitude, and a mindset geared towards continuous improvement. A valid driver's license would be ideal, but training can be provided for the right person.
