Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the technical authority on protection relay portfolio across Australia.
  • Partner with sales, presales, and channel teams to provide best-in-class solutions.
  • Offer technical support, design consultation, and compliance guidance for pre-sales and tender opportunities.
  • Lead technical training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Interpret single-line diagrams, coordinate protection studies, and develop optimized relay settings.
  • Support solution proposals with accurate, well-documented technical material.
  • Stay current with local and international standards (IEC, ANSI, AS) and contribute to market strategy.
  • Provide feedback to development teams to ensure solutions meet local market needs.

This position requires a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, particularly in relation to protection systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Schneider Electric protection relays and a deep knowledge of Australian protection standards.
