Compliance Officer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Compliance Officer.
About the Role:The Compliance Officer will play a key role in ensuring the development and implementation of effective compliance processes and procedures within our organization. You will assist in reviewing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, and ensure timely reporting of all compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Compliance Policy Development: Review and recommend amendments to existing compliance policies and procedures to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
- Compliance Process Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of new compliance processes and procedures.
- Compliance Risk Management: Identify and manage compliance risks associated with our business operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on compliance matters.
- Regulatory Liaison: Engage with regulators and other external bodies on compliance-related matters.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong understanding of financial services compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex information and provide recommendations.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
