Job Overview:

The Controller Assistant leads the month-end close process, prepares various accounting reports, reconciliations, and journal entries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the Accounting Department to ensure adherence with generally accepted accounting principles, internal controls, and company policies and procedures.
  • Assist the Controller in preparing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and meeting reporting requirements.
  • Design, implement, and support procedures for compliance with corporate policies.
  • Collaborate with department managers to ensure consistent general ledger accounting and cost coding.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
