About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Support Specialist to join our team in Brisbane. As an Administration and Client Services Officer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative, business, and executive support to our Partner and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional diary management, scheduling appointments, travel bookings, and monitoring deadlines for the Partner.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders on behalf of the Partner and team.
  • Prepare client documents and correspondence as requested.
  • Manage client databases and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure seamless file management from opening to closing.
  • Prepare team client billing and support meeting organisational reporting requirements.
  • Provide training and support to the team in digital applications.
  • Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience providing business, administration, and/or executive support.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritising tasks effectively and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong proactive drive, initiative, and energy to achieve maximum efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Mature and professional approach, calm, considered, and collaborative.
  • Excellent customer focus, able to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced digital literacy skills, including proficiency in Xero Practice Manager (XPM) and FYI Docs.
