About the Role:

You will be responsible for supporting Account Managers and Branch Managers in developing new business and managing existing client relationships.

The Senior Relationship Analyst will act as a formal point of contact for clients overseeing journeys from client requests to settlements.

The role involves coaching and mentoring other team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing loan applications
  • Executing branch management tasks
  • Monitoring loan arrears and accounts to take appropriate action
  • Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders
