Job Overview">

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent and 3+ years of industry experience delivering multiple civil construction projects from start to finish. The role requires strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team to deliver projects to required standards.

Key responsibilities include leading and managing all phases of civil construction projects, developing and overseeing project programs, budgets, and contract administration. Ensuring projects are delivered in line with specifications, approved plans, and client expectations.
