Company Overview

We are seeking an experienced Aviation broker to join our Sydney office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of clients, ensuring their risk management and insurance broking needs are addressed.
  • Develop relationships with existing clients and implement business development strategies for new opportunities.
  • Service and manage clients as directed by the Head of Aviation.
  • Prepare client reports and liaise with underwriters, insurers, and other key industry stakeholders.
  • Assist the Head of Aviation with client renewal programs and market WTW and develop new business.
  • Manage customer records and databases, and resolve client queries.
  • Process insurance closings, endorsements, and policy certification/wordings, and manage claims.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other key partners.

Requirements

  • Proven aviation broking experience.
  • Excellent technical skills in coverage and wording review.
  • An understanding and proficiency of claims management processes.
  • Experience with the placement and servicing of complex and multinational clients.
  • Proven success in generating new business.
  • Ora l and written communication skills on individual and small group basis.
  • Success in managing team relationships and senior level client relationships.
  • Proficiency in all MS Office products and Outlook.
