We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to provide exceptional support to our staff and visitors in our Melbourne office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Customer Service: Ensure the smooth operation of our business by providing outstanding visitor management and operational support.
  • Coordinate Work Health and Safety Activities: Oversee inductions, fire warden duties, and emergency procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Act as the first point of contact for office issues, maintenance requests, and repairs, coordinating with external vendors and escalating incidents as needed.
  • Coordinate Office Logistics: Book offsite rooms, arrange hospitality, catering, and on-site events, maintaining a well-run office environment and communal amenities.
  • Purchasing and Asset Management: Record, purchase, and restock small assets and office supplies to ensure efficient operations.
  • IT Support: Assist IT Services to maintain AV equipment and ensure accessibility for staff.
  • Procurement Support: Gather information to support procurement processes for goods and services in line with organisational requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and improvement of standard operating procedures for delivering business support services.
