Job Title: Trade Marks Specialist

An experienced Trade Marks Specialist is required to manage trade mark portfolios and provide strategic services including applications, prosecution, and contested hearings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and filing trade mark applications in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Advising clients on global intellectual property strategies and ensuring effective brand protection.
  • Representing clients in trade mark proceedings and ensuring successful outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of intellectual property law and trade marks.
  • Experience providing legal advice in IP and commercial contexts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Current Practising Certificate and Masters Degree in IP law advantageous.
  • Experience in a similar role or legal practice advantageous.
