Job Description

As a Senior Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of children in your care. With a strong focus on child-centered learning, you will lead a team of dedicated educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.

Our ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood and a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. You will be passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that promotes children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of educators to achieve better outcomes for children
  • Developing and implementing high-quality educational programs
  • Collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to improve teaching practices

Required Skills and Qualifications
