Learning and Development Professional

The Learning and Development team is seeking a skilled professional to develop and deliver high-quality curriculum that supports the growth of our talent pool. This role will be responsible for creating engaging learning programs that enhance performance and support career development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement campus, early career, and professional development curriculum that meets the needs of various learner groups.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to build eLearning content and facilitate instructor-led workshops and learning events.
  • Develop self-development and professional development content and curriculum that supports individual and team growth.
  • Partner with global colleagues to design and implement learning initiatives that drive business results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Learning and Development role with a proven track record of success.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong facilitation and training skills with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
  • eLearning design and development experience with a focus on digital resources and learning management systems.
  • Collaboration and partnering skills with strong listening and questioning abilities.
