The Role
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities within a specified market
  • Oversee the full recruitment process, from sourcing jobs and candidates, interviews, and offer process
  • IDentify and attract top-tier candidates using a variety of sources including in-house database, social media, and advertising
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients across various industry sectors
  • Meet with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in your market and industry, attending relevant events on behalf of the organization
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment - IT/Engineering/Construction background preferred but not essential
  • A strong desire for autonomy over earning potential
  • Track record of successful billings
  • A hunger to excel and build a business from the ground up
  • Demonstrate resilience, a strong work ethic, and a driven, ambitious mindset
  • Eligibility to work in Australia with no restrictions - Australian citizenship, Permanent Resident, or approved Defacto status
  • Sponsorship available for eligible candidates meeting Australian requirements - 5 years proven recruitment experience or 2 years experience coupled with a relevant degree
