Leading Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our construction projects in South Australia.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex programs and implementing strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
This is a unique opportunity for career advancement into senior project management roles as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage construction projects up to $20 million, ensuring they meet high standards.
- Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to guarantee projects are delivered according to plans and specifications.
- Participate in regular financial reviews, provide cost forecasts against budgets, and make informed financial decisions.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring risks are mitigated and progress is effectively communicated.
- Lead and support a robust safety culture within the team.
- Extensive engineering experience on various civil projects, including road, earthworks, drainage, land division, and infrastructure.
- Able to manage smaller-scale projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality delivery.
- Familiarity with local contractors, councils, and clients, with a sound understanding of the construction industry.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration and risk mitigation.
- Holding a current South Australian Driver's Licence.
