Senior IT Project Manager Job

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled professional to drive operational improvements and manage diverse projects in our dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the project management office, ensuring efficient practices across the organisation.
  • Facilitate project request, assessment, and governance processes.
  • Continually assess and improve the operating model, implementing best practices to enhance project delivery.
  • Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating communication and alignment with project goals.
  • Develop and maintain project metrics, reports, and dashboards to provide transparency into project performance.

We're looking for a passionate professional with:

  • Proven experience as an IT PMO Manager or similar role.
  • A degree in computer science or a related field.
  • A strong background in project management, with hands-on experience and willingness to manage enterprise-level IT projects.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is desired.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
  • Natural leadership ability to inspire a team and foster a positive work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
