Leadership Opportunity

The role of Team Leader Therapy Services entails overseeing a multidisciplinary team in a clinical setting. As a dynamic leader, you will be responsible for guiding a team of clinicians (Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists) with approximately 50% leadership responsibilities and 50% clinical caseload.

You will report to the Therapy Manager for ongoing support and guidance. Maintaining a varied clinical caseload is essential, with responsibility for goal-directed intervention, equipment and assistive technology prescription, delivery and review, and community liaison.

Key skills and qualifications include relevant allied health qualifications and current registration with AHPRA/SPA/ESSA or willingness to attain it.
