We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual to be the face of our latest food and beverage outlet. As a key member of our team, you will lead our staff to create an exceptional experience for our members and guests. We are looking for someone who shares our positive attitude and is ready to take on new challenges.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests at all times;
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlet, including staff management and performance management;
  • Assist employees and customers with any enquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner;
  • Order stock and manage inventory levels;
  • Roster staff and manage staffing levels to ensure optimal service delivery;
  • Manage cash handling and reconciliation, and process transactions accurately;
  • Develop strategies to drive customer engagement and improve sales;
  • Ensure all areas are presented and cleaned to a high standard at all times;
  • Ensure the comfort and wellbeing of members and guests by adhering to WHS requirements and Panthers policies.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Exceptional shift management and customer service skills;
  • Ability to deal with complex situations and make effective business decisions;
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft applications;
  • High standard of personal grooming;
  • Food, wine and beverage knowledge;
  • Current RSA/RCG qualifications;
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate preferred;
  • Relevant qualifications in Hospitality and/or Management advantageous.
