**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant And Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort's restaurants and bars. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, overseeing food and beverage operations, and driving sales and training initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the daily operations of our restaurants and bars, ensuring high-quality service and food quality
* Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve exceptional customer service and sales targets
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
* Collaborate with the food and beverage team to drive sales and revenue growth
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

**Requirements**

* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hospitality industry setting
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Certification or degree in hospitality management or a related field
