Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of our document control system.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining compliance with our integrated management system, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements. This will involve managing and administering the document control system, ensuring that all documents and records are up-to-date and accurate.

You will also be responsible for performing proofreading, editing, and word processing tasks to support the quality assurance, documentation, batch record, and audit/inspection functions. Additionally, you will create and maintain filing systems for controlled documents and records.

Other responsibilities include maintaining deviation, CAPA, and change control databases/records, as well as performing regular review and update consolidation of warranty and NCR data for analysis and improvement purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated understanding of document control practices and principles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
