SMP Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SMP Quality Control Specialist to join our team in Karratha.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the quality of SMP works and construction processes. As a SMP Quality Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect and verify the quality of SMP works and construction processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility of construction methods.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and tests on workmanship to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Document and report on quality issues, including any non-compliance, defects, or deviations from standards, and work with the project team to resolve them.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector in SMP.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control procedures.
  • Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
