About the Ideal Candidate

Candidates are calm under pressure, empathetic by nature, and committed to supporting women as they rebuild their lives.

They possess experience in the AOD sector or similar environments, confidence working with diverse backgrounds and complex needs, and relevant qualifications.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be proactive, and demonstrate a passion for empowering others.
