Women's Health Care Specialist

Job Description:
  • Deliver advanced clinical and problem-solving skills to deliver safe, high-quality women-centered care.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively across all areas of maternity care, including antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal services.
  • Support clinical leadership by mentoring and supervising staff, and contributing to education and professional development.
  • Actively participate in quality improvement, research, and clinical governance initiatives to strengthen maternity services.
Requirements:
  • Advanced clinical knowledge and experience across the continuum of maternity care.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide culturally safe care.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and mentoring of others.
