Dispositions Coordinator Job Description

This position is responsible for converting leads into sales through strategic marketing and prospecting efforts. The primary goals of the Dispositions Coordinator include assigning properties to investors, increasing our investor base, and developing a comprehensive property marketing strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new investors and increase sales
  • Network with potential investors, conduct consultations, and negotiate contracts
  • Work closely with the team to ensure timely and efficient communication
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Have 20 conversations with cash buyer investors per week
  • Add 3 new qualified cash buyers to the VIP wholesale buyer list per week
  • Schedule 1 new investor buyer consultations per week

Job Requirements:

  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational abilities and time management skills
  • Calm under pressure and ability to work independently
