**Job Opportunity: Centre Manager Wanted**

We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead and support our educators and families. With a strong focus on empowering others, you will be instrumental in creating a positive learning environment for every child, family, and educator.

Affinity prioritises the safety, rights, and wellbeing of all children and employees, promoting a culture of child safety with a zero-tolerance approach to child abuse and harm.

**Job Details:**
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre in line with company policies and procedures.
• Foster lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families, and strategically increase occupancy of the service.
• Mentor and support the centre to meet/exceed National Quality Standards.

**Requirements:**
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
• Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
• Current Working with Children's Check
• Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards
