The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be flexible and adaptable, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering person-centered care.
The role involves assisting clients with personal care, social support, activities, household tasks, transport, and community participation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide dignified and respectful support to clients
• Maintain effective communication with clients and team members
• Follow tasks, case management notes, and reporting procedures
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives
**Requirements:**
• Certificate in Aged, Disability, or Community Services (required)
• Working with Children Check (required)
• National Police Certificate (required)
• Unrestricted Australian Driver License (required)
