**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing active supports to individuals with disabilities in a disability accommodation setting.

This includes supporting and encouraging participants to engage in day-to-day activities based on their hobbies, interests, and goals outlined in their NDIS support plans. You will work collaboratively with participants to promote their independence, dignity, and well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Providing individualized support to participants with complex care needs
  • Assisting participants with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Encouraging participants to participate in recreational activities and community outings
  • Maintaining accurate records of participant progress and support provided

**Requirements**

  • Certificate or current study in Disability/ Aged Care/ Individual Support or minimum work experience within the Care Service Sector
  • Current First Aid/ CPR Qualifications
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
  • Current Australian Driver's License
  • Intermediate computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Outlook & Word, Smartphone Rostering App.)
