Job Title

As a dedicated Social Worker, you will be responsible for delivering social work services in hospital and community-based environments.

  • Deliver social work services in hospital and community settings, including home visiting as required.
  • Utilise knowledge and understanding of the biopsychosocial framework of practice in various settings.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • A tertiary degree in Social Work or related field.
  • A driver's license and ability to travel as required.
  • Evidence of vaccination against infectious diseases.
  • Tuberculosis screening and declaration of serious discipline history.
  • Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees.
  • Ability to work across a 7 day roster.
