Job Title: Social Media Training Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced trainer and assessor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs and assessing student performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and delivering training programs that meet industry standards
  • Conducting assessments and providing constructive feedback to students
  • Collaborating with other trainers and assessors to ensure consistency and quality
Requirements
  • Diploma of Social Media or equivalent tertiary qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110) with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units, or higher-level Training and Assessment qualifications
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Previous VET training experience with international students
Desirable Qualifications
  • Social media experience (preferably 1 year)
  • A Training and Assessment Certificate (preferably held)
