We are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric individual to assume the challenging role of Service Coordinator within our Wodonga branch.

About the Role

This key position reports directly to the Branch Manager and offers opportunities for career advancement and skill development. A mechanical trade background is highly desirable, as you will be required to provide technical guidance to customers and service technicians.

  • Coordinate work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely information for new machine configurations
  • Prepare quotations based on inspection results
  • Manage invoices to guarantee pricing clarity and accuracy
  • Foster effective communication with other departments to deliver optimal solutions

You will leverage your mechanical trade experience and pride yourself on exceptional customer service skills, as well as your ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
