We are seeking an individual who is customer-focused and highly motivated to fill the challenging role of Service Coordinator within our Wodonga branch.

About the Role

This exciting frontline position would suit someone looking to further their career as a leader within our team. A mechanical trade background would be advantageous given the requirement to provide technical support to customers and service technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking and scheduling work in progress
  • Providing clear, accurate and timely information for new machine build-ups
  • Quotations following inspection work
  • Managing invoices to ensure pricing and product/machine component details are clear
  • Liaising with other departments to deliver effective solutions
About You

You will utilize your knowledge gained from your mechanical trade background and pride yourself on delivering outstanding customer service, as well as your organizational skills.

To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and attributes:

  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term internal and external relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Operational experience within the heavy mechanical industry
  • A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
