We are looking for a skilled Project Administrator to join our local project team in Cairns, Queensland.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Project/Site Administrator, preferably within a construction environment.

You will be responsible for administration duties including:

  • Project accruals, ensuring all costs and accruals are accounted for
  • Purchase Orders, coding and receipting of Invoices/Dockets within our Viewpoint system
  • Maintaining files and records, online ordering
  • Work closely with Accounts Payable and site teams to ensure the 'Procure to Pay' process runs effectively
  • Data entry, administration and support to Project Managers and Engineers where required

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Project/Site Administrator in a construction environment
  • Experience with Procurement
  • First-class communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines with competing priorities
  • Experience with Viewpoint accounting software or similar

About SEE Group
