Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage test data, ensuring efficient and effective creation and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in data management tools and be able to coordinate communication with testing services end users.

They will also be responsible for servicing test data requests, identifying optimization opportunities, and working directly with the Test Data Analyst or test data requester.

A strong organizational skillset is required to allocate and manage test data on all platforms using TDM tools.

Additionally, experience with automation tools such as Python, Excel macros, and QTP is valuable.

The successful candidate will possess technical expertise regarding data models, data flow diagrams, and database design development.

They will also have a good understanding of various database technologies and data masking/scrubbing/obfuscation techniques.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is desired.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of industry experience.

Leadership qualities are highly desirable.

Automating test data refresh and creation processes is highly beneficial.
