Job Title: Senior Structural Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Design Engineer to join our team in Darwin. As a key member of our Structures Team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions to our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, with a Bachelor's degree in the field and typically 6-10 years of relevant industry experience. You will be responsible for undertaking varied engineering tasks as part of a project team, achieving technical and project management outcomes under the mentorship of senior staff, and contributing to the development of innovative engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake complex engineering design and analysis tasks, including structural assessments and system designs
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that meet client requirements
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Contribute to the development of innovative engineering solutions and technologies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering
  • Typically 6-10 years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and design solutions for various engineering challenges
  • CPEng status highly desirable
