About our Tribunal Services
The Legal and Operations function is responsible for the effective delivery of support services to VCAT's tribunal.
This role works closely with Members and stakeholders to ensure the smooth scheduling and running of hearings.
You will lead, develop and manage large customer focussed teams to build relationships and collaborative work processes.
Implement service frameworks, responding to emerging issues and dispute resolutions.
You should have extensive managerial experience in a customer centric environment.
Providing effective leadership to a busy operational team, and providing insight and advice on complex issues to senior managers and stakeholders.
Driving change, maintaining positive staff morale and delivering high quality services.
