Finance Manager Job

This is a high-profile finance role within a diversified real estate group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of financial and commercial deliverables for a portfolio of assets, including all asset-level accounting, analysis and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the commercial real estate field and be a CA or CPA qualified property finance professional. They should also possess excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Led the team to deliver financial and commercial deliverables for a portfolio of assets
  • Played a key role in the delivery of financial and commercial analysis & insights for the portfolio, as well as budgeting and forecasting
  • Managed relationships with various stakeholders including executive management

The company offers a hybrid working model, WFH flexibility, up to $145K plus super and generous bonus, and a supportive & flexible working environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • CA or CPA qualification
  • Extensive experience in the commercial real estate field
