Commercial Property Finance Leader

We are seeking a seasoned property finance expert to lead the growth of our commercial mortgage portfolio. This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive expansion of our commercial real estate lending activities by identifying and originating high-quality lending opportunities above $10 million.
- Identify new business prospects within the commercial real estate landscape and develop strategic sales initiatives to enhance our market presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, evaluate complex financials, and structure bespoke loan solutions to meet client needs.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, business administration, or real estate is essential.
- At least 10 years' experience in commercial real estate lending with a proven track record of originating large mortgages above $10 million is required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial property finance including loan structuring, underwriting processes, and documentation standards is vital for success in this role.
