As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving store operations and teams to maximise revenue, profitability, and business efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership:
    • Lead, manage, and coach the Clinical teams and Store Managers on a daily/weekly basis during store visits and other communications.
    • Enhance and support communication between store and Clinical teams to drive efficiency and productivity improvement within the operations team.
    • Drive lead generation and revenue to exceed budgets and targets on a consistent basis.
  • Team Management:
    • Manage the recruitment of Clinical, MSO, and retail team members with an emphasis on selecting the right team required through effective interview processes.
    • Ensure all new team members are correctly onboarded into the business, along with correct timetabling for training and follow-up in all stores.
  • Other:
    • Develop and enhance effective rostering and management of daily, weekly, and monthly rosters.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years in a Senior Store Management role or Multi-site equivalent.
  • Extensive retail and/or sales management experience and knowledge.
  • Practical and effective experience in people leadership and management.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in contributing to an organisation's achievements.
  • Strong and proven ability to motivate and lead large teams.
