The Role:

This position involves working closely with partners, contributing to complex transactions, and mentoring junior solicitors. Your expertise will be crucial in handling multi-million-pound deals, including:

  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
  • Corporate Restructuring
  • Corporate Refinancing

You will be responsible for managing intricate transactions and providing technical knowledge in corporate/commercial law.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will have approximately 9 years of post-qualification experience, experience managing complex transactions, and strong technical knowledge in corporate/commercial law.
