Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at Total Workfit Solutions. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in assisting injured workers to recover at work and achieve independence at home, in the workplace, and the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct early intervention and psychological worksite assessments to identify and address potential workplace hazards.
- Develop and implement rehabilitation plans to support injured workers in returning to work safely and effectively.
- Provide medical case conferences and stakeholder liaison services to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with clients, employers, and other stakeholders.
- Deliver rehabilitation, motivational, and vocational counselling to support injured workers in achieving their goals and returning to work.
- Conduct vocational assessments to identify suitable job opportunities for injured workers.
- Full or provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) OR Full/associate membership with ASORC/RCAA.
- Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (highly desired but not essential).
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- A go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done.
- Ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance.
- Current driver's license and vehicle.
- Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways.
- The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
- A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers.
