About this Role
We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to assist participants with disabilities in achieving their employment goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build professional relationships with participants at differing stages of their employment journey
- Provide a supportive environment for people with disabilities to achieve their employment goals
- Create an individualized support plan to outline the participant's journey towards finding and keeping a job
- Facilitate activities that enhance job readiness skills, volunteering, and confidence building
- Ensure compliance with administrative processes and organizational policies
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have the ability to work independently, be proactive, and possess problem-solving skills. You should also be patient and resilient when working with complex behaviors.
