Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Experience Coordinator to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping an immersive customer experience in our store.

You will partner creatively with the Store Manager to drive growth, sales performance, and operational excellence. Your deep understanding of customer needs, product range, and promotions will create the foundation of an enticing shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Develop and implement merchandising and inventory management strategies to maximize sales and reduce stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales and performance goals, and operate daily with a sense of urgency, optimism, and accountability.
  • Maintain a positive and proactive approach to safety, health, and wellbeing, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
