Caring Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to provide high-quality care to clients living with chronic mental illness in Dubbo and Western NSW.
This position involves delivering a mix of therapy and case management services, tailored to the unique needs of each client.
The ideal candidate will join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, working together to promote excellent patient outcomes and improve community well-being.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:Credentialed Mental Health Nurse registration with AHPRA (or ability to work towards) and postgraduate experience of at least two years as a mental health nurse in a clinical role.
Significant experience or demonstrated understanding of working in rural/remote/population health environments is highly valued.
The successful applicant will also have experience working in cross-cultural settings, as well as with families, couples, and groups.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
