Role Overview
This is an opportunity for a qualified professional to join our team as an Aboriginal Mental Health Clinician.
The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering mental health services and be able to work effectively within the community, establishing strong relationships with patients and driving positive outcomes from interventions.
The role offers ongoing support and opportunities for growth and development. As part of the Allied Health Early Accelerated Development Program, you will have connections, education, and career development opportunities.
About the Job
- Deliver high-quality mental health services to the Aboriginal community in collaboration with the Dubbo Mental Health Team.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with other services in Wellington to provide ongoing support.
- Promote best practice in mental health care through networking with other professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Be an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person with a genuine interest in mental health care.
- possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
