Providing clinical care to individuals with chronic mental illness is a vital role within our organisation.
Mental Health Nursing OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in rural and remote areas of New South Wales. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support services.
This flexible program allows consumers to access services at their preferred location, frequency, and duration. The ideal candidate will have postgraduate qualifications, a strong understanding of working in rural environments, and experience providing therapy and case management services.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Delivering clinical care to individuals living with chronic mental illness
- Providing therapy and case management services tailored to individual needs
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Facilitating a recovery-oriented approach consistent with current guidelines
