The SHE & Security Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for employees, contractors, and visitors at the Moorebank site. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the site's SHE programs to promote a culture of safety and well-being.
- Implementing and maintaining corporate compliance programs to minimize environmental impact.
- Developing and executing security strategies to protect employees, assets, and sensitive information.
- Collaborating with the Site Management Team to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Representing the company in local authorities and stakeholder engagements.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Management, Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in heavy-industry, Food, or Beverage sectors.
- Proven expertise in SHE systems, legislation, and SafeWork requirements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting a culture of care and responsibility.
